Exodus 28:3 — “Next you shall instruct all who are skillful, whom I have endowed with the gift of skill, to make Aaron’s vestments, for consecrating him to serve Me as priest.”

Exodus 31:3 — “I have endowed him with a divine spirit of skill, ability, and knowledge in every kind of craft;”

Exodus 31:6 — “Moreover, I have assigned to him Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan; and I have also granted skill to all who are skillful, that they may make everything that I have commanded you:”

Exodus 35:26 — “And all the women who excelled in that skill spun the goats’ hair.”
